Due to this situation, Landsmot 2010 wants to express and underline that all entrance tickets, seats and caravan spaces that our customers have bought will of course be refunded.

The team of Landsmot, would however, kindly ask all our customers for patience, since the rewinding of Landsmot 2010, in all aspects, will take a bit of time.

We will start to organise refunding tickets and other items immediately, but kindly take into consideration that mostly the sale went through our on-line system with credit cards.

Therefore, although Landsmot refunds the tickets soonest to your credit card companies, it might take a while until the credit card company returns your money back on your account.  Please beware of that and also we would like to prepare you that although Landsmot refunds the whole amount, in some cases the total amount bought could end on your account in apportions (example: if bought for a total amount of 100 EUR, you might receive a payment of 35 EUR and the rest within couple of days/a week!). 

We are sorry, that it is impossible for the team of Landsmot to receive phone calls for every refund so kindly send us an e-mail with you receipt stating that you request a refund.  E-mail address:  [email protected]

As we aim to postpone Landsmót at Vindheimamelar in Skagafjörður to the year 2011, customers can of course keep their tickets or other items in our on-line system for next year.

We will be well organised and take all e-mail requests on refunding tickets and other items as quickly as possible; we put great emphasis on being in touch with all of you as we possibly can.  Again, we highly appreciate your patience.
